Key responsibilities:
• Loan and payment collections
• Customer relationship management
• Data management and reporting
• Negotiation and conflict resolution

Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree accepted
• 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, preferably in microfinance or financial services
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
• Good understanding of financial products and services, especially microfinance-related
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or collections software is a plus
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding debt recovery
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
