Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts, investigating historical data, and taking action to encourage timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill to understand the reason behind non-payment.
• Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments, such as sending reminders and making follow-up calls.
• Process payments and refunds in a timely manner.
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues efficiently.
• Update account status records and collection efforts to ensure accurate tracking.
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status to management.
