Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Executive at TechFino Capital Private Limited, located in Bengaluru. The Collections Executive will be responsible for managing the collections process for non-performing assets (NPA) and written-off accounts. Responsibilities include contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with the finance team to ensure timely debt recovery.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Credit Control and Debt Collection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Experience in written-off and NPA Bucket collection (preferred)
• Solid understanding and experience in Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
