Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

Proactively contacting interested leads via various channels to complete collection formalities,
Collaborating with NBFC partners to expedite loan approvals,
Educating customers on payment terms, timelines, and financial assistance options,
Generating payment links for learners opting for manual payments,
Negotiating payment plans for overdue accounts,
Accurately tracking and documenting collection efforts,
Identifying and escalating non-responsive accounts as needed,
Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require a candidate with 1+ years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field (preferably in Ed-Tech, NBFC, finance, or BPO).

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Familiarity with CRM tools and collection management systems is advantageous.
