Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Debt Recovery Agent for Tele Collections to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time employment opportunity for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Contact clients via phone to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients
• Update and maintain accurate records of all debt collection activities
• Follow up with clients on payment commitments
• Resolve disputes and issues related to unpaid debts
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
• Achieve set targets for collection within specified time frames
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper debt collection procedures are followed
