Role Description: 

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Team Lead in Collection and Recovery. The Team Lead will oversee daily activities related to debt collection and recovery, mentor and lead a team of collection agents, develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Team Lead will also handle escalated cases and provide exceptional customer service to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve collection processes
Proficient in Debt Collection and Recovery techniques
Excellent Customer Service skills to manage client interactions
Background in Finance to understand financial regulations and implications
Team Leadership experience to lead and motivate a team effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
